We are closed to the public on all major holidays {Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, New Years day, Easter Sunday, Fourth of July}.

Reservations
A credit card or bank card is required to make a reservation.
Please read our cancellation/early return policy below.
A confirmation will be mailed to you, along with your boarding contract. Please fill out all information and bring contract, with your pet, at arrival time, with a copy of your shot records to keep on file.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that if you cancel right before your arrival time, we can not accommodate another client that wanted to board with us. This creates a vacancy. Unfortunately, if we do not get at least a 48 hour notice of your cancellation, we will have to charge you $100.00 for each room reserved.
If you are making a reservation UNDER the 48 hour policy (short notification), please be sure your plans will not change before making the reservation. The cancellation policy will be in effect.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
Early Return Policy
Early returns create a problem for us when you do not let us know in advance that you are going to return earlier than what you had scheduled at your check-in time. When we are full, we turn away additional business in order to provide space for you pet for the entire time reserved. If you return early we will have a vacant room for the rest of your originally scheduled reservation. Also, we have a time set for your pet's going home bath and if your pet is scheduled for a full grooming, this creates a bigger problem for us as groomings are scheduled in advance and we may not have another available appointment to move your scheduled grooming to an earlier time.
Unfortunately, if we do not receive a 48 hour notice of your early return, we are unable to reschedule your reserved space and therefore, you will be charged for the complete number of booked days.

Directions
FROM AIRPORT AREA
Take the parkway to the airport. Take the first exit past the airport which is the Clinton exit. Make a left onto Moon Clinton Rd. At the light, make a right onto Rt 30 West. Take Rt 30 west approx. 12 miles to Rt 168 South and make a left. Go approx. 3 miles on Rt 168 and make a right onto Hardins Run. Go 1 mile and make a left onto Swearingen then a quick right onto Noll Rd. Follow Noll until you see the signs for the Pet Resort on the left.
FROM SEWICKLEY
Take University Blvd. to the intersection of the old Airport and make a right onto Business RT 60. Go approx. 2-3 miles to the Flaugherty Run Rd. Exit and make a left turn. Follow signs towards Airport/Pgh exit. Loop around taking the Clinton exit, at the T intersect make a right. Go to the light then make a right onto RT 30 West. Take 30 W approx. 12 miles to RT 168 South and make a left. Go approx. 3 miles on 168 and make a right onto Hardins Run Rd. Go 1 mile and make a left onto Swearingen Rd., then make a quick right onto Noll Rd. until you see the signs for the Pet Resort on the left.
FROM CHESTER WV & EAST LIVERPOOL OHIO
Take Rt 30 East to Rt 168 South and make a right. Go approx. 3 miles on Rt 168 and make a right onto Hardins Run. Go 1 mile and make a left onto Swearingen then a quick right onto Noll Rd. Follow Noll until you see the signs for the Pet Resort on the left.
FROM DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH
Take the parkway toward the airport. Take 22/30 West toward Weirton WV. Get off at the Burgettstown exit and stay in the left lane. Make a left onto Rt 18 North. Take Rt 18(approx. 4 miles) to 168 North, bear left. Take 168(approx. 3 miles) to Ridge Rd. and make a left. Go 1 mile on Ridge Rd. to Noll Rd. and make a right. Follow Noll Rd. until you see signs for the Pet Resort on the right.
FROM STEUBENVILLE OHIO
Take Rt. 22 East to Burgettstown exit and stay in the left lane. Make a left onto Rt 18 North. Take Rt 18(approx. 4 miles) to 168 North, bear left. Take 168(approx. 3 miles) to Ridge Rd. and make a left. Go 1 mile on Ridge Rd. to Noll Rd. and make a right. Follow Noll Rd. until you see signs for the Pet Resort on the right.
FROM BEAVER
Take Rt. 68 to Midland. Cross Shippingport bridge and make a right onto 168 South to Hookstown. Make a left at the stop sign and continue on Rt. 168 to intersection of Rt 30 and Rt 168. Stay straight on Rt.168 South and go approx. 3 miles and make a right onto Hardins Run Rd. Go 1 mile and make a left onto Swearingen then a quick right onto Noll Rd. Follow Noll until you see the signs for the Pet Resort on the left.
